“High School Team Week prepared my team to enter preseason in top form.  Our team's goal for the fall was to win the ECC championship, and finish in the top 4 in the CIAC rankings.  CCS helped create the framework to make those goals a reality.  Team Week offered excellent tactical and technical instruction and a conditioning plan, and players couldn't wait for the season to begin after such an excellent week."

“I highly recommend the High School Team Week.  It has been a great opportunity for my players to come together before the season in order to train and bond as a team. CCS staff prepared my players for the rigors of preseason and helped me eventually maximize my team’s performance.”
